The problem that most consumers are facing with the Arch Cru disaster can only be described as a mess. Over and over again there have been statements and counter statements issued over the Arch Cru issues. The simple response is this. No matter what you read and what gets posted on any forum the law is on your side.

1. Your IFA is responsible for the advice to invest any money in Arch Cru and can be held to account by yourself and enforced in law if you wish.
2. Your IFA may deny responsibility and claim that these investments fitted in with your risk profile - rubbish.
3. You may have to persist with process for sometime in order to get your redress but you are entitled.
4. The ombudsmen will have the final say.

It really is that simple.

"Do Not Delay: Get Your PPI Compensation Claim Moving Today" That is right, right now.
The wheels of justice have turned to our favor and they know we should be given back this cash and that is great. Get your rightful share now. A reminder as well, take great care if you get any offer of PPI, many have been cheated.

A great article with lots of useful tips. I'd also advise getting your boiler inspected regularly by Gas Safe registered engineers. This will increase the efficiency and life span of your boiler, saving you money and stress in the long run.

Nice article, detailed and straight to the point. Your readers may find it interesting to learn that surveys have shown that nearly 40% of all PPI policy holders were totally unaware that they had a PPI policy. That is because some financial institutions added PPI to not only credit cards but also to loans and mortgages without even informing the customer. Do any of your readers fall into this category? If they do then they should make a PPI Refunds compensation claim.

As the article states, there are always winners and losers when it comes to budgets and not everyone is going to be happy. First look at the details in your article, leaves me with an opinion that it seems quite fair, especially towards the 'middle class' community. Families who earn more than £40,000 a year, you would espect to cope without child tax credits. The ammount they recieve can not have much bearing on thier overall finances 'although I could be wrong'.
With the families lower down the ladder,it is hard to get a fair deal. As I am sure we all know, there is a large ammount of people out there who simply refuse to work and consider it normal and thier right to scrounge off us the tax payers and the government. But there are also many people and families who are in a similar situation through no fault of thier own but due to the current economic situation and have probably lost thier jobs, with little or no work available.
Apart from looking at the obvious places of where our countries finances are going wrong, such as the ridiculous ammount of bonuses and other high ammounts of money that goes to the fat cats within the banking world, I think the government should concentrate on the people towards the bottom of the ladder and start getting tougher on the long term claimers and reward the people actively seeking work and really do show willing to any opportunities given to them.

Has the original owner, Mr. Keith Ferguson, has got the formal ownership back, as registered at the land registry? Presumably, the purchaser has now lost out by tens of thousands of pounds. He might get the money back from the thief Mr. Trevor Jones, but I expect that he does not have much money. Or will the purchaser be able to claim against either his solicitor, or the seller’ solicitor?
Is this the correct situation?
When buying anything we need to be sure who owns what we are buying.

MCO's temporary PR rep says reassuring things, but can we rely on a company whose Finnish CEO is under investigation at home? He started his large European network of small-loan-with-massive-interest websites in Finland where police have been sent in to 3 of his companies and are also questioning him personally. YLE, the Finnish "BBC" has also been chasing him for answers about profits, tax, and ... well, lots of things.
